Membership for an individual ages 65 or older who is enrolled in Medicare and enrolled in Silver & Fit. First month may be prorated, if indicated. $0 access key fob purchase required per member. Please check in at the front desk at first visit to show ID, have eligibilty checked, take photo and receive access key fob.
If you are deemed to be ineligible, your membership will automatically convert to an Individual Court House Membership ($38 monthly) and the key fob ($10), first month's membership dues (prorate for this month), the prepaid final month dues deposit ($35) will be charged to your credit card on file and the cancellation policy will be in effect immediately.
